Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Sunday, excluding holidays) after your purchase is made. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders!

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

 

Damages

 

We take great care in packaging your candles to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at midnightcandlesco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you by providing any necessary information.
